About Jeniffer Harper

Licensed since 1999 and a valued member of The Anderson Group since 2019, Jeniffer has contributed to over 300 residential and commercial transactions, representing more than $175 million in career sales volume. Her extensive experience spans multiple facets of real estate, providing clients with a well-rounded and strategic approach to buying and selling.

 

Before joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, Jeniffer built a strong foundation in interior design and commercial space planning, where she spent over a decade working in commercial real estate environments. Later Jeniffer offered residential design services, further sharpening her eye for detail, functionality, and value—an advantage she brings to every client interaction.

 

Jeniffer works with a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, move-up families, corporate relocation clients, investors, and downsizing homeowners. She is known for her results-driven approach, leveraging a strong professional network, expert negotiation skills, and clear, honest communication to help clients achieve their goals with confidence.

 

After living in Chicago for many years, Jeniffer and her husband relocated to the western suburbs in 2001 to raise their two sons. Outside of real estate, she enjoys golfing, kayaking, traveling and watching her boys play hockey.
