JP and Sarah are a perfect fit for buyers looking for guidance. They told us exactly how to stage our home and what to update before listing, referred us to a trusted lawyer and loan officer who executed flawlessly, showed us dozens of homes (our favorites always ended up being the "surprises" they threw in with our selections), served as a constant source of reassurance and advice, and negotiated all contracts to our benefit. After just 72 hours on the market, we had multiple offers on our house and ended up selling for $7,000 above appraisal value. We purchased a gorgeous home in a neighborhood JP introduced us to for $15,000 below appraisal value. That's essentially an extra $22,000 in our pocket due in large part to JP and Sarah's dedicated work - and that speaks for itself.

My husband’s job moves us about every two years. This time we were coming from Texas. I was lucky enough to meet Sarah at an open house. Our house hunting journey started as we finally realized that we were in need of more space to fully merge our lives together. We started to look both in the city and the suburbs via Redfin.
