We received excellent service from J.P and Sarah Anderson. Joe and I needed a condo to size down, on one floor, hoping to be close downtown Glen Ellyn and it was dog friendly. JP was on it right away. He found us the perfect condo which checked all the boxes. We bought immediately. Next up was to sell our town home in Naperville. They met with us to go over sale price and the process for selling. It was remarkable with all the social media and it sold in three days. Best of all they kept us aware of every step in the process. We recently sold our home with JP & Sarah. Before the sale, JP & Sarah were spot on with their recommendations for minor improvements and décor updates. It would have been difficult finding the some of the unusual contractors needed to get our house ready. Their great relationships with other professionals really saved us when we had a miscommunication and realized we did not lock in our painter shortly before work was expected to start. One phone call from JP and we were back in business.

It was a crazy trip with the COVID shutdown starting almost immediately after we put the house on the market. JP and Sarah were calm and upbeat, helping us continue to move forward toward a sale.
