I would give JP and Sarah more than 5 stars if I could. Before I met them, I wondered whether it was worth working with a real estate agent. I was wrong, and now I highly recommend this dynamic duo of amazing people!

My family and I made a plan to move from Austin to Chicago. While searching for local realtors in the western suburbs of Chicago, I stumbled upon The Anderson Group. I made a decision to work with them right after my first call.

Both Sarah and JP help you navigate your family's need. Sarah helped my wife navigate with her needs while JP helped me with logistical side of the transaction. This is great because I fail to understand my wife's perspective and vice-versa. They come to rescue for both sides. This is why I found working with them indispensable.

Their process was even more impressive! After my first call, Sarah sent us a list of questions that were important to us during our search. By answering them in writing they knew exactly what we were searching for. They have deep knowledge on the neighborhoods. While working with other agents, the conversation happens on the phone and you get a giant list of homes the next day.

Not with them. JP goes through the active inventory list every morning, and only sends you the homes that meet your needs. This was super valuable because I didn't have to review all available houses myself. If you are looking for a 3 bathroom house, you won't get a 2 bathroom on the list. This customization was a great value add. The more focused your options are, the better it is for you to make decisions as it is already an overwhelming process.

Once we made the decision on the house, Sarah sent out a checklist to ensure we were on top of everything. The contract period can be stressful, but both JP and Sarah are there to help you understand the trade-offs during the negotiating process. They do not push you but help you ask the right questions so you can make the best decision for yourself and your family.

Our closing concluded in just about an hour because Sarah and JP helped us stay on top of it. This was the smoothest experience we have ever encountered. They are both super fun to work with. We were lucky to cross our paths with Sarah and JP. We cannot wait to work with them again. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Being a young couple and looking for our first home, my fiancé (soon to be wife, October this year!) and I had several questions. Prior to selecting JP and Sarah as our team to find our dream house, we searched endlessly trying to find approachable houses on the crazy market. A close friend of ours recommended JP and Sarah to us based on her experiences and this was the best decision we could have made.

We started back in November of 2016 with a kick-off meeting that was everything any new house hunter could ask for. JP and Sarah both answered all our questions with the comfort that their experiences will guide us to what we are looking for. After the initial face-to-face, which left us excited and pumped to get searching, we waited until February to begin our search. As soon as the green light was given, JP and Sarah were on the run! We’d receive multiple emails a day with several houses to review that met the major criteria we spoke to them about in November. When it came time to schedule a walkthrough, JP and Sarah were very flexible and able to work with us around our crazy work schedules and wedding planning.

We fell in love countless times with several houses, and in the difficult times when our pursuit was outmatched or unable to be met, JP and Sarah were there with great support and never faltering confidence that the right house was out there. After 6 bids, 2 contracts and many walkthroughs later, we had found the perfect house that met everything we asked for! Words could not describe how appreciative my fiancé and I are for JP and Sarah’s dedication to get us home, their years of experience and knowledge along with phenomenal personalities. I have told our story to all of our family and friends about the persistent couple that helped us find our dream home, and recommend JP and Sarah to anyone interested in looking for their first home or third home, young and old couples alike.

We cannot begin to thank Sarah and JP enough for helping us find our dream home! Being first time home buyers, we were really uncertain as to the home-buying process. We had an idea as to what we were looking for and the area, but really we did not know much past that. Immediately upon meeting Sarah and JP, we knew we were in good hands! And as they began to ask us questions, to get a better understanding of what we were looking for, we could tell they were really listening to us. They never wasted our time - and with both of us in careers that take up a lot of our time, we really appreciated that!

Having that guidance was invaluable to us! As we began to visit homes we were interested in, it was incredible to see how knowledgeable they both were when it came to the home buying market. They were quick to discuss the pros (and sometimes cons) of each home and they never said what we wanted to hear - they said that we needed to hear. They were understanding of all our questions - and they never made us feel like any of our questions were dumb. When the perfect home for us was listed on the market Sarah and JP got us in for a showing the very next day. By that evening we had an offer submitted and negotiations started.

The word lucky is what I would use to describe my first home buying experience with JP and Sarah. Being a young adult fresh out of college with zero home buying experience, moving all the way from Texas, and not knowing the West Chicago Suburbs would have been a recipe for disaster if I had not gotten lucky and stumbled upon the Anderson Team. Even when J.P. had experienced a gall-bladder attack the night prior viewing houses, he made sure that he was there the day of the showings, which speaks volume to how much they care about their customers. Additionally, they were very responsive to any and all questions/request, were very accommodative with showings, and provided a quality network of professionals to help get a closing on my home in under 30-days. JP was amazing! We are first time homeowners who had gone through two different real estate agents before meeting JP at an open house. First impressions, he seemed like a “go getter” with extensive knowledge of the market and houses in our targeted areas and after a few house tours he was our broker.
