Licensed since 2013 and a member of The Anderson Group since 2019, Rich has contributed to over 300 residential and commercial transactions, achieving more than $175 million in career sales volume. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway, Rich spent 21 years in commercial real estate, bringing extensive industry knowledge and expertise to every client engagement.
Rich works with first-time homebuyers, move-up families, corporate relocation clients, investors, and downsizing homeowners. A lifelong Midwesterner, Rich was born in St. Louis and moved with his family to Naperville in 1972. Since 1993, he has lived in Glen Ellyn with his wife and their two children. Outside of real estate, Rich enjoys golf, cooking, traveling, volunteering, and tending to his yard.
