About Michelle Borter-Gurak

Licensed since 2018 and a member of The Anderson Group since 2023, Michelle has contributed to over 300 residential and commercial transactions, totaling more than $175 million in career sales volume. Before starting her real estate career, Michelle spent nine years working with Pella Windows & Doors, bringing valuable industry expertise and insight to every client interaction.

 

Michelle works with a diverse range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, move-up families, corporate relocation clients, investors, and downsizing homeowners. She and her team follow a strategic, results-driven process that maximizes value for buyers and sellers alike. Leveraging extensive professional networks, expert negotiation skills, and transparent communication, Michelle ensures a seamless experience from start to finish.

 

A lifelong resident of the Wheaton area, Michelle has deep knowledge of the Western Suburbs and a passion for helping clients find their perfect home in the communities she knows and loves.

 

Outside of real estate, Michelle is a devoted mother of two daughters and dog mom to Bruce. Michelle is a lifelong lover of music—singing, playing piano and guitar, and performing with her musical improv comedy group. Michelle also enjoys biking, kayaking, and is currently learning the game of golf.
